Bright Littles Conversation Club – Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Bright Littles Conversation Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription & Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew based on the billing cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually). You authorize Bright Littles to charge the payment method on file at each renewal date unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle.

2. Cancel Anytime - assuming they need to email us? 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@brightlittles.com. Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not refund past payments.

3. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds, including for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

4. Content Access
Subscribers will receive digital content including conversation prompts, parenting tips, and access to member-exclusive discounts. Content may vary and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Bright Littles.

5. Limitation of Liability
Bright Littles provides conversation tools intended to support communication and connection. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on our content. Use of the Conversation Club is at your own discretion.

6. Modifications
Bright Littles reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. We’ll notify you of any significant changes via email or through your account.

By continuing your subscription, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
