Teaching Kindness in Leadership Matters

I’m so grateful for Bright Littles’ Leaders Journal. The journal was engaging and fun, and my daughter loved the thoughtful games and questions that made learning about leadership enjoyable. As a mom, I’ve come to realize that teaching my daughter to be a kind leader is more important than ever. With everything happening in the world—from social media pressures to the growing divide in society—raising a child who understands the importance of empathy and integrity is essential.

My Kid Loves These

My child just turned 5 and is loving the first exercise in the safety book with the handprint so much that she quizzes herself and then runs around the house in a lap if she gets it wrong. She wants to continue on to others, but I wont let her until she fully absorbs and memorizes the information. Some of the exercises are definitely above her skill set and she doesn’t understand certain principles (mainly in the leadership book), but I just look at that as the ability to use these over a longer amount of time instead of just once and then done. The books will grow with her. Well done!
